My Story

Andrea Weinberger, the newly appointed Director of the Women’s Hospitality Initiative (WHI), has had a rich career spanning over two decades in spearheading relationship-centric customer service programs. Her expertise lies in new client development, event planning, executing impactful marketing strategies, client management, and overseeing business operations.

For over five years, Andrea served as the Chief Operating Officer of the CineVegas Film Festival. During her tenure, she adeptly navigated negotiations to secure multiple corporate contracts, orchestrated high-profile red-carpet events, and served as the primary liaison with VIP talent. 

​

She went on to establish the Nevada Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. As the Executive Director, Andrea spearheaded fundraising efforts that amassed over $2 million for medical research, dedicated to extending the lives of Cystic Fibrosis patients. For the past 8 years, Andrea has continued to expand her local network in Southern Nevada while working in corporate sales and customer service Dee Berkley Jewelry.

Andrea's profound dedication to her current role involves empowering women and fostering new opportunities for success within the hospitality sector. Her exceptional communication skills and deep understanding of the pivotal role relationships play in achieving success equip her with the tools necessary to champion women in the historically male-dominated industry.

Notably, Andrea holds a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
