With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Jolene began her career at Commander's Palace in New Orleans. Her journey includes roles such as Proprietor and Chef of Sloppi Jo’s, Head of Culinary for the Life is Beautiful Festival and Further Future, Creator of the Back of House Brawl, Executive Producer of Late Night Chef Fight (Seasons 1 & 2), and President of SecretBurger.com.

Jolene's extensive experience has made her event management company a top resource for food and beverage events. As President of SecretBurger.com, she partnered with top chefs in 12 cities and executed over 200 #OffTheMenu culinary experiences in 2019, including Picnic In The Alley, an event entirely designed and executed by leading women in the Las Vegas hospitality industry.
